We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once they are purchased. This policy helps maintain the hygiene, integrity, and quality of our journals and wellness items.

Section 2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 24-72 hours of delivery at contact@klearmindjourneys.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item

If eligible, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
